Course
The department of Mechanical Engineering is functioning since the inception of the college in the year 2019 with an intake of 18 students each academic year. Department consists of highly dedicated, well qualified and competent faculty members active in teaching, research and building quality profile of students. Most of the faculty members are from reputed academic institutions with research and industry backgrounds contributing to implementation of industry-oriented education to students.
Product Design Engineers are responsible for the process of creating and developing new products. They research and develop ideas and processes for new products, improve the performance and design of existing products and overseeing production and packaging of final products.Product design and manufacturing engineering involves the study of the design methodologies, engineering materials, and the selection and control of manufacturing processes used in the development, design, and manufacturing of engineering products.
Duration: 2 years
Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering and Management/Industrial Production Engineering/Automobile Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering by securing not less than 50% marks in aggregate.
