Bachelor of Science in Cardiac Technology is an undergraduate program offered by K A P V Government Mediacl College Thiruchirappalli. The course caters to the increasing demand for efficient cardiovascular technicians who play a very crucial role in providing life-saving treatment to heart patients. The syllabus gives them practical & theoretical knowledge in invasive cardiovascular testing, inserting catheters and using pacemakers, using and maintaining other related medical equipment, testing patients for heart-related issues, performing invasive emergency procedures, cardiac-related procedures and applying basic & advanced life support skills. The students can pursue the roles of cardiovascular technologists, cardiovascular technicians in the cardiac department of health care institutes.
Duration : 3 Years + 1 Year Internship
Eligibility : The candidates must have pass Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board
