Course
Ph.D in Applied Genetics is a doctorate level program. Applied Genetics. Applied Genetics is directed at changing the genomes of organisms, to increase their utility to humans. Techniques are derived from cytogenetics, molecular biology, and Mendelian and quantitative genetics.
Eligibility
The minimum qualifying marks are 55% at Post Graduation level (Relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC(non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled and other categories.)
Duration: 2-3 years
