Course
Ph.D. in Library and Information Science or Doctorate in Library and Information is a full-time doctorate course.Doctorate degree in library and information science enables the students to conduct independent research and analysis, in order to understand the intricacies of cataloguing of information making them easily accessible to the people.
Eligibility
Candidates are required to pass the entrance examination as prescribed by the university and must hold an M.Phil degree or a post graduate degree in a pertinent stream from a recognized university or institute of higher training with an aggregate of 55% marks.
