Course
M.Phil. in English is a postgraduate program essentially involving a supervised research-based project in the English literature. The course is a research-based advanced study into the discipline of English literature, transcending cultures, periods, and genres. Contemporary literary theories and culture-based studies are included within the course’s scope. Literature across the ages, namely Elizabethan, Jacobean, Victorian, Modern, Post-Modern, is covered for assessment and research.
Eligibility
- Successful completion of post-graduation in English Literature.
- A minimum aggregate score of 55% at the level of post-graduation.
