Course
M.Phil. in Law is focused on the study and analysis of legal procedure, codes, constitution and various principles of legal administration. In the modern-day politico-legal setup where the laws are ever evolving and changing as per the needs of the citizens, the domain of legal studies has taken a center stage.In various walks of life like the judiciary, private firms, government offices, departments etc. there is a need for legal experts who can take on various roles and responsibilities in the concerned setup. For taking up these responsibilities it is essential that one should have a good hold on fundamentals along with a good knowledge of legal principles.M.Phil. in Law course is aimed at equipping candidates with a holistic overview of the subject through a practical based approach. Thus, a student of the course is equipped with all the necessary knowledge and skills in the respective domain
Duration : 1 Year
Eligibility
- Candidate must have passed the PG (LLM) examination from a recognized state/private/deemed or central University.
- He/she must have obtained at least 50% (Relaxable for reserved category candidates) of the marks at Post Graduation level.
