Biomedical Engineering is the application of Engineering Principles and Design concepts to medicine and biology for healthcare purposes. The primary mission of the department is to foster interdisciplinary work of highest quality by bringing together a broad spectrum of faculty expertise under a single umbrella to focus in Biomedical Engineering. By converging the engineering expertise in analytical and experimental methods to biological and medical sciences, we aim at unveiling the unseen in biology and innovations in technology that can be translated to clinical health care.
Duration : 4 Years
Eligibility : Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized state or central board with at least 50% (40% to 45% for reserved category candidates) of the marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as the major subjects of study
