Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Geography
Course
Geography is the science of studying land features, its inhabitants and other related phenomena. In this course, students get to learn about all the factors of Earth and its land distribution, research about areas and regions, type of lands, earth science and much more. B.Sc. Geography course extends foundational knowledge in human geogrpahy, economic geography, physical geography, practical knowledge of maps and scales. Students are provided with a fair share of theotrical and practical knowedge of geaography as a whole.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : Candidates wishing to apply for B.Sc. Geography course needs to have completed the Higher Secondary (10+2) education in any discipline or equivalent qualification, from a recognized educational Board, and with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Candidates awaiting their 10+2 or Diploma results may also apply for the course.
Higher Studies : Successful graduates of the course interested in pursuing further studies in the discipline may go for M.Sc., PG Diploma, or PG Certificate programs in Geography.
