Course
Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a undergraduate course.The field of physiotherapy is also known by the name of physical therapy.Physiotherapy is a branch of healthcare that applies modes of physical movement such as exercise and massage. The course provides education, advice, and counseling services for circumstances where movement and function are threatened by aging, pain, injury, diseases, disorders, conditions, or other environmental factors.
Physiotherapy is a part of rehabilitative medicine. Along with rehabilitation, some other important sections of physiotherapy are- diagnosis, examination and assessment of the condition.
Eligibility
- 40% and above aggregate marks in P.C.B in 10+2.
- Pass in English.
- 5% relaxation in Minimum eligibility criteria for SC/ ST category.
Duration: 4.5 years (including 6 months of compulsory internship)
