Course
M.Sc. in Inorganic chemistry is a PG Programme. M.Sc. in Inorganic chemistry offered by Krishna University. Inorganic chemistry as a specialization of chemistry is more focused on the study and analysis of inorganic and organometallic compounds.The word organic refers to the compounds which contain the carbon atoms in it. So the branch of chemistry that deals with the study of compounds, which does not consist of carbon-hydrogen atoms in it, is called ‘Inorganic Chemistry.’ In simple words, it is opposite to that of Organic Chemistry. The substances which do not have carbon-hydrogen bonding are the metals, salts, chemical substances, etc.Inorganic chemistry encompasses characterization and synthesis of non-carbon molecules and analyzes their bonding structure, physical properties, reactive properties, and stability through methods like spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, photo-electric analysis etc.

The minimum eligibility criteria aggregate of at least 60% at graduation level.
