Organic chemistry has broad applications in today's world. From pharmaceuticals, petroleum products, dyestuff, paints, plastics, cosmetics and detergents, it has numerous applications. A course in organic chemistry is thus very much career oriented and a good many well paid positions are available in this field. With more development to follow in this direction, more and more applications are likely to come up. Even the existing compounds and products are getting modified due to extensive research in the field. Organic chemistry is thus a very popular field to work and do research for most chemists.
Duration : 2 Years
Eligibility : Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have completed B.Sc. from a recognized university, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
