Course
Post Graduate Diploma in Archaeology is Diploma level Archaeology course. Archaeology is the study of human history and prehistory through the excavation of sites and the analysis of artefacts. The program provides appropriate education and training in the recovery,analysis,and interpretation of archaeology materials and context while simultaneously assuring that sufficient background is obtained is one or more traditional cognate fields such as classics,art history, anthropology,and history. It is a career that is very much in demand since archaeologist should spend infinite hours and days camping and undertaking field work at laboratories and in excavation sites. An archaeologist therefore must have the patience to work on a project that may take months and even years to complete.
Duration : 1 Year
Eligibility : The students who has passed B.A./B.Sc.or any other equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks
