The PGDBA program aims at developing in enrolled candidates skills for efficient operation in all functional areas of management, ethical, society-oriented attitude, decision-making abilities in terms of the day- to- day business situations, soft skills with respect to HR and personnel management and skills in problem- definition, and analysis.In the first semester, students are taught advanced concepts in the key areas of management. The second semester focuses on project dissertation, and on the application of the concepts learned.Upon obtaining the PGDBA, candidates interested in further studies in the discipline may go for advanced specialization such as Ph.D. in the subject.

Eligibility
Candidates aspiring for admission to the course need to have completed graduation in any discipline. Some institutes also conduct entrance tests for selection of candidates, testing the candidate’s comprehension of contemporary business administration
