Course
Human Resource Management (HRM) is becoming increasingly important to modern organisations. The nature, operation and philosophy of HRM, its environmental and organisational context are widely discussed among practitioners and academia. The course provides a broad introduction to contemporary HRM theory and practice and its relevance to other management activities. The aim is to provide a theoretical framework for further study and managerial practice in the field, and to increase awareness of the holistic nature of organisational management.
PGDHRM is for aspirants who wish to attain an advanced level of knowledge in human resource management, human resource development, organizational behavior, strategic management, and alike. The course aims to build decision-making skills, in students, needed to balance the strengths and weaknesses of different options and decide the best course of action.
Duration : 1 Year
Eligibility : The eligibility for the course is bachelors in HR or any related field of study with minimum aggregate marks as required by the institute.
