About Us
Malabar Arts and Science College for Women, Chekkiad, Nadapuram, affiliated to Calicut University as a self financing college, marks the fulfillment of the long cherished dream of the people of this area for an Institution of Higher Education, exclusively for women. Run by the Malabar Foundation, Nadapuram, the college focuses on the holistic development of students, with a view to moulding and mentoring them into academically excellent, socially responsible, morally fortified and humanely sensitive citizens, equipped with the required skill set to take their rightful place in a highly competitive globalised scenario.At present the college offers three UG Programs: BA English Language and Literature; BBA and BCom. The unique feature of the institution lies in the slew of innovative supplementary programs chalked out and implemented rigorously on schedule to transform each one into a self–motivated learner. Established in 2015, the college temporarily housed on TIM Campus, is all set to shift to a sprawling 10 acre campus on a beautiful hillock at Vevam, 5 km off Nadapuram, from where transport facilities are arranged to ferry the students to and fro.
