Course
Ph.D. in Physical Education is a graduate course. Physical education is an integral part of a total education system. This course ensures that recreational competence, physical development and exercises that includes variety of physical activities which forms an integral part of physical education.This course includes outdoor approaches environmental and experimental education programs. Skills and knowledge like health benefits of exercise, history of sports and development of physical education are taught by the teachers. Students might get training to prior instruction like anatomy, biology and physiology.

Eligibility
Candidates should secure above 55% marks or an equivalent in their post-graduation course to apply for this course. Eligibility for lateral entry students should have 1 or 2 years’ experience in this field.
Duration
Minimum Three/Four Years and maximum five/six years for full-time and part-time research respectively.
