Course
M.Com in Human Resource Development is a postgraduate Human Resource Management course. Course defines the areas of Human development which are Human Development (Biology), Development Psychology, Human Development (Humanity) and Human Development Index. The program builds competence in human development, knowledge of the social and political contexts of development, communication skills, integration of theory into practice, and research; preparing graduates to take on leadership roles in a range of settings serving individuals of all ages, as well as families.
Eligibility
Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate of this University or any other University possessing qualifications considered equivalent by this University, with a minimum of 45% of marks (40% for SC/ST/Category-I candidates) in the aggregate shall be eligible subject to the rules of selection.
