Course
Master of Arts in Indian Cuisine and Food Culture is a postgraduate programme offerd by Manipal Academy of Higher Education Manipal.This course uses practical experiences in cooking to understand the importance of cuisine in cultural practices.This course will focus on all aspects of Indian cuisine and food culture including cuisines from all over India, Regional and Sub-Regional Indian Cuisines, Tandoor, Halwai, Indian Breads, Breakfast cookery, Ayurveda & healthy cooking, and volume cookery. Our approach to gastronomy is hands-on and we draw our inspiration from a wide variety of culinary traditions.
Duration : 2 Years
Eligibility : Pass with a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University, with minimum 50 % aggregate marks or equivalent
