Course
B.Sc Anesthesia and Operation Theater Technology is an undergraduate programme offered by MIOT Academy of Allied Health Science Manapakkam.The program focuses on producing competentprofessionals who can assist the doctor in ensuring sterilization of operation theatre materials, medical equipment management and helping the patient pre, post-operation and during the surgery and managing the patients’ record. The course covers subjects including applied anatomy and physiology, clinical pharmacology, clinical microbiology,medical ethics, anaesthetic techniques, CSSD procedures, intensive care, principles of anaesthesia, anaesthesia for specialty surgeries. Successful students can work in Operation Theatre, Critical Care Unit, ICU of various private and public hospitals.

Eligibility : The candidates must have pass Higher Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board
