About Us
A College of Architecture is a benign blessing. A course in Architecture is visa to tap a plethora of job avenues. Man may create anything but not the earth, so easily. This is the secret of success of Singapore. The sea has been made to give way for the land. It is the man made earth on which is resting the prosperity of Singapore. This brings to light that anything connected with the earth is sure to work out miracles. So is a Degree or a Post-Graduate Degree in Architecture Birds have nests, animals have dens and human beings should have houses. And therefore, the Architects have a vital role to play in catering to the residential needs. This is one reason for MMES to establish an Academy of Architecture. This Educational Society always esteems quality over anything else. Students in Schools and Colleges under the care of MMES are winning laurels by bagging Ranks in the Government and University Examinations. So will be the students of the Societys Academy of Architecture. The MMES Academy of Architecture has been established in the year 2017 in the C. Abdul Hakeem College Campus, The Academy has the approval of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi and Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. The Academy at present, has been sanctioned a student strength of forty. The number will increase as the calendars roll by. The academy has the facility of functioning in its own palatial building raised in an area of nearly 2.5 acres. ite on the eastern outskirts of Melvisharam Town, on the Chennai-Bangalore National Highway, is about 110 kms. from Chennai Airport (Anna International Airport / Kamaraj Domestic Terminal), 20 kms. ahead of Vellore and 4 kms. from Arcot the capital of Nawabs who ruled one-fourth of South India. Walaja Road and Katpadi are the nearby Railway Stations to our College and it is well connected with various bus routes. It is a few minutes drive from Ranipet Industrial town. The Institute is guided by Prof. N. Altaf Ahmed, Director of MEASI Academy of Architecture and his team of highly qualified and experienced faculty.
