Course
Diploma in computer science is a 2-year course offered by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology. The curriculum includes disciplines like Computing, Mathematical Techniques,Data Structure, Engineering, and skills to develop communication etc. The students after completing the program try to solve real-world problems by applying principles of Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science. The students will also be able to develop software solutions using the knowledge of data structure, computer programming, and algorithms. Interfaces will be designed by the students after analyzing various computer functional units. They will also be able to create a computer network using different security techniques and networking technologies. The candidates after completion of the project will be hired in sectors like web programming, PC networking, Software design development, PC Production etc.

Eligibility : The candidate must have 10+2 (PCM) or equivalent from a recognized institute
