Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery is a postgraduate programme offerd by Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University Ukraine.General surgery is a surgical specialty that focuses on abdominal contents including esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, pancreas, gallbladder, appendix and bile ducts, and often the thyroid gland.A general surgeon is a physician who has been educated and trained in the diagnosis and preoperative, operative, and postoperative management of patient care. Surgery requires knowledge of anatomy, emergency and intensive care, immunology, metabolism, nutrition, pathology, physiology, shock and resuscitation, and wound healing.
Duration : 3 Years
Eligibility : M.S.can be pursued by those candidates who have completed M.B.B.S Course from a reecognized board or University.The student must have NEET qualified.
