Course
Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department caters to the needs of the U.G. students both interms of Acadamics and Soft skills. The knowledge acquired during the courses helps them to be placed both in core and software companies. Post graduate students are exposed to comprehensive knowledge in Power Electronics domain which inturn helps them to carryout research activities and parallelly acquire jobs Core and software companies. They can also enter teaching profession in various Engineering colleges across India.Students acquire software and hardware design capabilities which makes them efficient to face the corporate world. Some of the prominant companies who have placed EEE students are ABB, L&T, GE, PRDC,ROBERT BOSCH,WIPRO,INFOSYS, CTS and TCS etc..
B.E. Electrical and Electronic Engineering is under -graduation degree course. The main objective of this course is to make the students more productive and professionally more innovative in the field of electronics and electrical industry. Programs include classroom, laboratory, and field studies. Electrical Engineering covers various energy efficient power grids to design the electrical systems powering our lives and range of research areas from devices (such as lasers and robotics) to systems (such as computer architecture and the human brain).
Electronic engineering is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components to design electronic circuits, devices, integrated circuits and their systems. The discipline typically also designs passive electrical components, usually based on printed circuit boards.
Eligibility
- 10th Std: Min 70% in Science & Mathematics subjects separately.
- 11th Std: Min. 65% in Physics & Mathematics subjects separately.
- If 12th Std. results are announced: Min. 60% in Physics & Mathematics subjects separately.
- Candidates should compulsory appear in either CET 2020/COMEDK 2020 / JEE 2020 / Any other National Entrance Test for Professional Programs.
