Principal
I am happy to assert that stepping on to our fourteenth successful year Seshadripuram Academy of Business Studies has become one of the most acclaimed educational institutions in the vicinity. I acknowledge the selfless efforts of every individual who have supported us on our path of achievement towards success. With its keen emphasis on curricular and extra – curricular activities, the institution under the umbrella of Seshadripuram Educational Trust has created a niche for itself. The staff and students have preserved for this bastion to enjoy its accolades today.
One of our student Kum. Netravati G. R. of the BCA Department has secured the 9th rank in the Bangalore University examinations held during the year 2015-2016 and has carved a niche of our institution among the 650 colleges affiliated to Bangalore University. Being the student of the first outgoing BCA batch of our college, she has brought laurels to the institution and has made us proud. This also stands in evidence of the efforts of the staff of our college to bring out the best in every student.
As a responsible Higher Educational Institution, SABS is all set to appear for NAAC accreditation. The college offers B.Com, BBA and BCA courses and also add on courses like CA/CPT Foundation, Aviation, Tally, SAP along with other courses at affordable costs for all-round development of our students.
Laying equal emphasis on curricular and extra-curricular activities, the meticulously planned calendar of events is executed to provide various platforms to the students to exhibit their talents and also strengthen their skills. While strengthening the students academically, we also intend to make them socially responsible. The institution now has ASMITHE, a Community Oriented Forum, christened after two lady founders of the Seshadripuram Educational Trust, Smt. Anandamma and Smt. Seethamma – the main focus of which is the betterment of the community. In addition to the other activities of various committees in the college, Asmithe has rooted itself for a noble cause.
With the notion of ‘Service to Mankind is Service to God’, SABS has adopted a Government School at Sulikere for academic improvement. The College also took the initiative of constructing an additional rest room for girls of this school.
Some of our students have also represented the college at the National and International level sports and have received prizes. Our NSS volunteers have activities involved themselves in serving the society. Our staff and students have also visited various schools and orphanages and done their best to extend community service. The performance of the students in Bangalore University Examinations has been praise worthy as there are students who have scored 100% marks in various subjects. Motivating students to bring out the best in them has been an on-going process in our institution. We hope to extend our services to more number of people in the following years with our committed faculty and excellent infrastructure.
As quoted by our late President APJ Abdul Kalam "Confidence and Hard Work is the best medicine to kill the disease called failure. It will make you a successful person.” The institution is doing its every bit to live by its motto “Dedicate to Excel” and focusing on the holistic development of every student to contribute socially responsible citizens.

Admission Guidelines
Entry Requirements :
Students who have completed the two year pre-university course of Karnataka or an examination recognized 10+2 as equivalent there to such as ICSC/CBSE from Commerce / Arts / Science / Stream are eligible.
Admission Criteria
- Rs. 10000/- scholarship will be rewarded for the students who secured above 85% in II PUC Examination.
- 100% tuition fee concession for students who secured above 95% in II PUC Examination.
- Fees can be paid in two installments. Fee includes all the amenities. We do not collect extra money for anything as this includes Examination fees, Book kit, Uniform, Value added courses.
- Direct admission for the students who have scored above 60%.
- Student who have scored < 60% & more than 50% have to submit application form at the office.
- 50% and 100% tuition fees concession for state and national level participants in any sports events.
