Bachelors of Arts (Sanskrit) is a 3-year degree program offered by Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit Kalady. Some of the subjects include Kavya Literature & Applied Grammar, Literature in Sanskrit Language, Vedic Literature, Methodology of Sanskrit General, Complementary Nyaya, Communication skills in Sanskrit, Functional Sanskrit, Cultural heritage of India, Historical Survey of Sanskrit Literature, Drama, Alankara & Vrtta, Astika Darsanas and Poetics. After graduation, students can go for higher studies or opt for careers in publishing houses, translation houses, e-research firms, global organizations, NGOs, the travel industry, tourism industry, hotel industry, schools and colleges.
