B.E Instrumentation Technology is an undergraduate programme. This course will help to learn the able to apply the concepts of design and development in Automation, Control and transmission by selecting suitable hardware and software tools for providing industrial solutions.Having the knowledge of acquisition, processing and analysis of physical and physiological parameters for industrial and heath care applications.
The Department of Instrumentation Technology was established in the year 1978. The department has the state of the art facilities to cater to the needs of undergraduate, post graduate and research programs. The Department has well experienced and dedicated faculty with four doctorates, six pursuing their Ph.D and three with M.Tech. The Department has well equipped laboratories such as Electronic Circuits, Instrumentation, Process Control, Microcontrollers, VHDL, ARM processor, DSP and provides good computing facilities to impart quality technical education.
Duration : 4 Years
Eligibility : Students who have passed PUC/10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology, with at least 45% of marks (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
