Chemistry : Chemistry is the scientific discipline involved with elements and compounds composed of atoms, molecules and ions: their composition, structure, properties, behavior and the changes they undergo during a reaction with other substances.
Zoology : Zoology, also known as Animal Biology, is the branch of biology that deals with living as well as extinct animals and their interaction with their ecosystems. Zoology is the branch of biology which relates to the animal kingdom, including the structure, embryology, evolution, classification, habits, and distribution of all animals, both living and extinct.
Sericulture : Sericulture is an undergraduate Agricultural Science and Technology course. Sericulture or silk farming is the rearing of silkworms to produce raw silk. Although there are several commercial species of silkworms, Bombyx mori is the most widely used and intensively studied.
Duration: 3 years
Eligibility:
- A Candidate for admission to the three-year degree course in Science must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with or any other 10+2 level examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate as equivalent thereto.
- The Admission to the degree course will be done at the college level by the college management and the principal of the college.
