About Us
On 9-12-1983, the KAMARAJ EDUCATION & RESEARCH FOUNDATION was formed by the Chennai Vazh Nadargal Sangam to manage the Sri Nallalaghu Polytechnic under the able guidance of its trustees. Sri Nallalaghu Polytechnic was inaugurated on 9-12-1983 at I.I.E.T Campus Kodambakkam, Chennai -600 024. Where it temporarily functioned till 30th August 1984 and then it was shifted to its own place at Puzhal. This institution is recognized by A.I.C.T.E. vide letter No 15/BIII/Rc(M)/93 dated 17-04-1994.
