Course
B.E in Instrumentation and Control Engineering is an undergraduate course inengineering. It is studied for four years, and students who pass plus two in any sciencestream with an aggregation of 60% marks are eligible to undergo this program. The course isdesigned mainly for electrical and electronics engineering. The main objective of this courseis to train students and have knowledge in practical and theory in the field of operation ofmeasuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems. Thesubject includes topics such as Introduction to Sensors, Thermal Sensors, Electroanalyticalsensors, Different Transducers, Number Systems and Codes, Integrated circuits,Synchronous Sequential Circuits, Algorithmic State Machine, Introduction to signals, Systemmodeling in terms of differential equations, Graph theory, Two-port networks, Positive actualfunction and synthesis, Introduction to programming methodologies and design ofalgorithms, Properties of Trees, Multi-way trees, Sorting concept, order, stability, Introductionto Measurement, Testing & Calibration of the measurement setup, Analysis of Errors,Displays and Recorders, Potentiometer and Bridges, Instrument Transformers, ACinstruments and Meters, Electronic Measuring Instruments, Digital Instruments, ControlSystems- Basics & Components, Time – Domain Analysis, Frequency Domain Analysis,Stability & Compensation Techniques and so on.

Eligibility : The candidates must pass 10+2 with science (Biology, Mathematics, and Chemistry) from a recognized board
