B.A In History Is An Honors Program. It Is A Bachelor Of Arts Program That Focuses On The Discipline Of History And Its Allied Areas. Students Are Exposed To The Discipline Of Weighing Evidence And Evaluating Interpretations Of Great Events And Significant Personalities Of The Past. History Is The Study Of Past Events And Occurrences Which Have Helped In Shaping Up A Civilization. The Study Of History Helps An Individual To Understand Culture And Society, And Gives An In-Depth View Of The World. This Eventually Helps In Understanding The Factors Which Affect The Development Of Civilization Like Culture, Economy, Religion, Power, Etc.

This eventually helps in understanding the factors which affect the development of civilization like culture, economy, religion, power, etc.
- Economics : Economics course generally comprising qualitative and quantitative approaches to Social Science. The course essentially involves a study of the main aspects related to improving an organization’s overall profitability through different approaches and techniques.
- Political Science : Political Science deals with political theories and teaches about various systems of governance, economics, sociology, international relations, global politics, psychology etc. The course gives an idea about how a nation runs and teaches how to interpret and analyze political systems. This course is ideal for students who have an interest in learning the mechanisms of the administrative aspects of a country.
Duration
The 3 Year B.A. Programme Shall Be For A Minimum Duration Of Six (6) Consecutive Semesters Of Six (6) Months Each, I.E., Three (3) Years.
Eligibility
10+2 Or Equivalent In Any Discipline From Any Recognized Board / Council.
