Students who successfully complete the Bachelor of Arts program in Journalism are adept in various skills which relate to reporting, journalism, writing, editing, news presentation, news compilation etc. The specializations offered in the course include Fundamentals of Journalism, Language, History of Journalism, Media Laws and Indian Constitution and Development Psychology.
