M.Sc. in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry is a post graduate degree program.M.Sc. in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry course is aimed at bringing out research on the applied and fundamental aspects of the chemical, physical and biological properties of soil; manures and fertilizers and their communication with soil and plant; improvement and support of soil fertility for maintained optimum agricultural production; utilization of organic residues (wastes) as manure; and soil test-crop response correlation studies.
Eligibility
The minimum eligibility is a B.Sc. (Agriculture/Forestry) from a recognized institute or its equivalent exam. Interested candidates can get admission to M.Sc. in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry on the basis of candidate’s performance in a relevant entrance exam, and subsequent round of counselling.
