Course
M.Sc in Horticulture is a postgraduate program pursued under the science spectrum. The course duration is of 2 years and it is equally divided into 4 semesters. This course enlightens students on various horticulture methodologies that can be employed in the agricultural sector and the floricultural sector. The first half of the course gives candidates a major insight into the study of fruits and horticultural nursery whereas the second half of the course shifts its balance towards floriculture, Vegetable Crops, and medicinal crops. Students who have a minimum aggregate score of 50% in their under graduation in the relevant field of study are eligible for this course. The Job scopes for graduates are booming due to an increase in awareness of the usage of organic products as a better substitute for chemically manufactured products.

Eligibility
Candidates must have passed their 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as the main subject of study, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and a minimum of 50% in under graduation in relevant course preferably B.Sc Horticulture.
