The Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics program is designed in such a way that the students get exposed to, assess and evaluate the agricultural development programs and technologies. They are exposed to the quantitative analysis integrated with critical thinking of the agricultural policies and business.
The program aims to equip the students with the management, marketing and financing the food when it comes from farms to the table. This is the right course for a student willing to know about agricultural marketing, environmental economics and agricultural trade whilst getting the knowledge of profit maximization and investment planning etc.
Duration : 3-5 Years
Eligibility : Completion of Master’s degree from a recognized Agriculture university with a minimum of 2.5/4 or 6.5/10 CGPA or an equivalent qualification.
