M.Tech Urban and Regional Planning is a postgraduate Architecture Engineering course.Urban Planning deals with the design and organization of urban space and activities city planning such as determining and drawing up plans for the future physical arrangement and condition of a community.Urban planners are concerned with the interaction between people,the places they live in and the policies and plans that shape sustainable cities and liveable communities.The duration of the course is two years and it opens many career scopes for the applicants after its completion

Eligibility : Aspiring students should have passed a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with at least 50% marks equivalent CGPA
