About Us
Vellalar College of Education for Women is one of the milestones established by the Vellalar Educational trust. It was established in the year 2005-06 with the objective of providing quality Teacher Education. It is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University. It offers Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed) Courses in teacher education. The college is housed in a lofty building of its own amidst sylvan surroundings in Maruthi Nagar, Thindal. The college is enriched with well equipped laboratories and classrooms with all basic and advanced facilities catering to the needs of the students.
