Course
Textile industry is one of the major industries across the globe. The textile manufacturing technology is based on converting fiber into yarn and the into fabric. The fabrics are then painted or dyed and made into clothes. The fiber comes in different kinds which are used to produce yarn. The important natural fiber is cotton. The processes involved in producing fabric includes spinning, coloration, finishing, combing, drawing, lapping, batting, roving winding, bundling, winding etc. B.E is an undergraduate textile engineering course concerned with design, production of yarn, clothing and their distribution. The program deals with the engineering principles, procedures involving the areas of fibers, textile, apparel, processing and its application in different fields. It's four year course duration; the course offers knowledge in textile manufacturing in yarn, fabric and garment manufacturing, chemical textile processing computer application.The course provides exciting opportunities to students to make an excellent career in varied fields of textile technology.

Eligibility :The candidates must have passes 10+2 examination from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology and mathematics as subjects
