Course
B.Tech in Information Science and Engineering students deal with the collection, storage and distribution of the information. This is an interdisciplinary course. The subject, Information Science and Engineering concentrates on the investigation of properties and behavior of information. Students gradually become confident enough to accept the technical challenges. Engineers of Information Science and Engineering develop new solution to the upcoming problems. By doing this they become a part of the research and development section of the organization.This course includes the study of core subjects relating to information technology such as Computer Networking, Software Engineering, File structures, Systems Software, Computer Organization, Operating System, Hardware, Application software, Design and analysis of algorithms, ERP, MIS etc.

Eligibility
Students of 10+2 pass with 60% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics can sit in the entrance exam to take admission in the B.Tech Information Science and Engineering course.
