Course
MS in Orthopaedics is a 3-year postgraduate program in the field of medical surgery, offered by most medical universities recognized by the MCI.The course has been designed to impart to eligible candidates advanced learning in the systematic assessment and management of surgical patients in the elective, urgent, and emergency clinical settings.

Eligibility
- MBBS, completed from an institute recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).A minimum aggregate score of 55% or equivalent CGPA at the level of graduation.
- Completion of a compulsory rotating internship upon completion of MBBS.
- Permanent registration with the MCI or any of the State Medical Councils.
Admission Process
Interested eligible candidates are offered admission to the course in India mostly on the basis of a relevant entrance test. Often subsequently, two additional rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interview are held as part of the counselling procedure, wherein the candidate’s general aptitude for the course is examined. A merit list is then released, allotting available seats to qualifying candidates.
