Course
Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) department was established in the year 2009. Since its inception, the department has seen an exponential growth in terms of results and placements. The department offers both UG & PG programmes in Computer Science and Engineering with an intake of 60 and 18 respectively. Highly qualified, experienced and committed faculty members supported by the technical staff constantly train the students to achieve high academic standards.
M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering is a postgraduate program.Computer science and engineering are now cornerstones of the information society. This course is designed to enable learners for industry, academia, and public service, providing technical leadership by solving significant problems across a broad spectrum. The course is cross-disciplinary, allowing students to learn the language specificities of computer science, explore programming or modelling and design, and all of the other core aspects of the subject, whilst being also trained in industrial ethics and engaging in industry-inspired lab sessions.

Eligibility
- Admission to the Master of Technology (M.Tech.) course shall be open to all the candidates who have passed B.E., / B.Tech. Examinations (in relevant field) of VTU or any other University / Institution or any other examinations recognized as equivalent thereto.
- Admission to M.Tech. Course shall be open to the candidates who have passed the prescribed qualifying examinations with not less than 50% of the marks in the aggregate of all the years of the degree examinations. However, in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST and Group I, the aggregate percentage of marks in the qualifying examinations shall not be less than 45%.
