Course
The M.Phil (Master of Philosophy) programmers research based degree intended principally to be a well-founded transition into the advanced research at a doctoral level (Ph.D), in which the researcher will aspire for a higher disciplinary and methodological competence in research. It includes a primary intensive course work in the general and specific research methodologies, two electives from the respective area of research, paper presentations in research colloquia, design of a research proposal and its defense in a colloquium and the final M.Phil dissertation along with its evaluation and defense. Scholars are receive orientation on writing articles for publications in peer reviewed journals, and communicating research findings to academic and other audiences.

Eligibility
Basic eligibility for the program is a pass at the Postgraduate level examination with an aggregate of 55% marks or equivalent grade in Psychology from any recognized University in India.
