Course
M.Sc. in Psychology (Human Resource Development and Management) offered by the Department of Psychology, is a two-year full-time program, which prepares students for applications of psychological knowledge in organizations/ industries. This course is interdisciplinary in nature and is offered to those students who wish to achieve professional expertise in the management of human and social sides of work organizations. Since all organizations are essentially human, managing the human side is seen as the most critical element in organizational success. The program in H.R.D.M attempts to equip students with wide range of competencies and skills and also provide training in various personnel functions.

A candidate who has passed any Undergraduate degree examination with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognized University in India or abroad recognized by UGC / AIU is eligible to apply.
