AACCC Conducts Special Stray Vacancy Round to BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS Seats
All eligible candidates of NEET-UG who are registered with AACCC UG Counselling 2021 are informed that this year AACCC, M/o Ayush has conducted Online Stay Vacancy Round for seats allotted in UG BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS courses. However, approx. 194 UG seats are still vacant in Central Universities/National Institutes/Govt. colleges/Govt. Aided Colleges. The details of vacant seats are available on the AACCC website www.aaccc.gov.in. In this regard the competent authority has decided to conduct a Special Stray Vacancy Round to fill the vacant seat in UG BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS through the online mode to avoid the wastage of All India Quota seats. The rules of the Special Stray Vacancy Round include; that no new registration will take place in this round. All registered and eligible candidates of AACCC UG Counselling 2021, who are interested to participate have to fill/submit fresh choices for the special stray vacancy round by logging in AACCC UG portal www.aaccc.gov.in as per the schedule. All registered candidates are required to pay a refundable security deposit irrespective of their category Rs 10,000/- for participating in special stray vacancy round. The candidates who do not join the allotted seat in the special stray vacancy round will lose their refundable security deposit. The candidate who gets seat allotment in the special stray vacancy round must join the allotted institute within the scheduled period of reporting. Candidates participating in the special round have to finish an undertaking with respect to the allotment of seats during the time of choice filling on the AACCC UG Counselling portal. Applicants who already registered on the AACCC UG portal and did not hold any seat in UG BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS in the previous rounds of AACCC-UG Counselling 2021 as well as State/UT/Institutional counselling and not allotted any seat in the 3rd Mop-up/Stray Vacancy Round are eligible to participate in the Special Stray Vacancy Round. The candidates who have been already allotted or joined a seat in AACCC UG/State/UT/Institutional counselling and the candidates who have been allotted a seat in the previous Mop-up Round & Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC but did not join the allotted seat are not eligible to participate.
The scheduled time for the Special Stray Vacancy Round is candidates can pay the security amount for the special stray vacancy round is from 6th May to 8th May 2022 till 6 PM. Candidates can fill and lock their choices from 6th May to 8th May 2022. The choice locking will be available from 6 PM to 11.59 PM on 8th May 2022. Processing of seat allotment will be on 9th May 2022 and the result will be published on 10th May 2022. Candidates must report to the allotted colleges from 10th May 2022 to 14th May 2022 till 5 PM. The NCISM/NCH has decided the last date for admission to UG courses of ASU & H Colleges/Institutes for the AY 2021-22 as 10.05.2022, while the candidates who get seat allotment through the Special Stray Vacancy Round of AACCC-UG counselling will be allowed to join the seat till 14.05.2022 5 PM.
