Application Invited for Admission to Master of Science in Audiology and Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology Courses 2022-23
The applications invited to Master of Science in Audiology (M.ScAud), and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology M.Sc. (SLP) and Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) Post Graduate Courses toself-financing colleges in Kasaragod Marthoma College of Special Education, Kozhikode AWH College of Special Education, and Thiruvananthapuram National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH) as per the prospectus approved by the Government order for the academic year 2021-22, 2022-23. These courses are approved by the Medical Rehabilitation Council of India (RC) and are affiliated with Kerala Health University. Candidates can apply online through the LBS Centre Director's website www.lbscentre.kerala.gov.in from 7th December to 21st December 2022. The application form can be completed by 21st December 2022 at all Federal Bank branches in Kerala by using the Challan form available on the website or online. The application fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Candidates completed B.A.S.L.P. Course or B.Sc Speech and Hearing Course from an institution under any recognized university and Kerala University of Health Sciences or any other university recognized as equivalent by the Rehabilitation Council of India with not less than 55% marks can apply for this course. They should also have a certificate of completion of the internship. There will be a 5%-mark relaxation for reserved category candidates. There is no upper age limit for the applicants. The application fee is Rs. -1000/- for the general category, and Rs 500/- for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes. Candidates can download the prospectus from the website www.lbscentre.kerala.gov.in. There are five steps for submitting the application. Applicants must complete all the steps compulsorily and on time. Applicants should visit the website www.lbscentre.kerala.gov.in and click on the link 'VARIOUS ALLOTMENTS' and then click on 'Admission to M.Sc. (S.L.P) or M.Sc (Aud) 2022". Before paying the fee, click on the link "New Candidate" and register by entering the applicant’s personal information. Applicants can pay their fees using the application number that will be received. Candidates should keep the Registration ID, Application number, and password used to log in. The fee can be paid online or through Challan. Those who pay online can continue to fill out the online application form. Those who pay the fee through Challan can fill out their application after 24 hours or after the specified time, they can log on to the website and enter the details of fee payment and continue filling out the application form. for these candidates should keep the challan number.Candidates should upload the information including academic information, personal information, qualifying examination information, and various certificates that are required to be uploaded along with the application. (To prove age, nativity, reservation/concession (if any), mark lists, etc.). All the certificates for availing of the benefits should be uploaded in the prescribed form included in the prospectus. Applicants should check the application before giving Final Confirmation. Candidates should make sure that step 4 is completed correctly, then they should click on "FINAL CONFIRMATION". It is not possible to change the application after final confirmation. Applicants must take a printout of the application and should keep it. Candidates must keep the password and registration ID strictly confidential. The hard copy of the application form should not be sent to the LBS Center under any circumstances. The information after verification of the application submitted by the applicants will be published on the website. If there is a complaint after checking the published information, the applicant should check their claims and index marks and inform them within the specified time as mentioned on the website. Complaints received after the specified date will not be entertained under any circumstances. The rank list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in BASLP or B.Sc. Speech & Hearing degree course. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. After submitting the application, the applicants are not allowed to include new information in the application or to submit any certificates for getting any kind of reservation benefits or other benefits. The allotment will be made by the Director of the LBS Centre for Science & Technology and is subject to the conditions in the prospectus approved by the Government. Applicants should read and understand the various conditions in the prospectus before submitting the application.
