NTA Extended the Last Date for Registration for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG 2022
According to Section 14 of the National Medical Commissioner Act, 2019 NEET (UG) should be conducted as a general and unified National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) for admission to undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions. Similarly, under section 14 of the National Commission for Indian Medicine System Act 2020, there will be a unified NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the fields of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this act. The National Testing Agency has the authority to conduct NEET-UG 2022. The NEET-UG 2022 registration is in progress. Meanwhile, the Director General of Armed Forces Medical Services has decided that the scores of NEET (UG) will be used for the selection of female candidates only for admission to B.Sc. Nursing course 2022 in the following colleges of nursing of the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS). The colleges include the College of Nursing AFMC Pune, College of Nursing CH (EC) Kolkata, College of Nursing INHS Asvini Mumbai, College of Nursing AH (R&R) New Delhi, College of Nursing CH (CC) Lucknow, College of Nursing CH (AF) Bangalore. In this regard the candidates seeking admission for B.Sc. Nursing course 2022 in the mentioned colleges are required to apply for NEET (UG) 2022 online through the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. In view of the above the last date for submitting the Online Application for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test has been extended for all candidates. The extended date for submitting the online application form is 15th May 2022 till 9 pm and the last date for payment of the application fees is 15th May 2022 till 11.50 pm.
