The department of community health nursing was established in the year 2009 to with Under Graduate programme. The teaching programme for B.Sc(N) students will help them to understand the principles and concepts of community health nursing and acquire knowledge & develop professional skills in caring for clients in the community.
It is designed to assess the students in developing expertise and in depth knowledge in the field of Community health nursing. It will help the student to appreciate the patients as a holistic individual and develop skill to function as a specialized Community Health Nursing. It will further enable the students to function as an educator, manager, researcher in the field of Community Health Nursing
Eligibility:
- The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
