Course
MD Anaesthesiology is a post-graduate program of Medicine offered at Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Institute Thrissur. It is the branch of medicine dealing with minimising pain and administering anaesthesia during surgery and other medical procedures. The students administer anaesthesia medicine and closely monitor the patient. Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Institute is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Science Thrissur. Kerala University of Health Science syllabus covers theory & practical in ambulatory anaesthesia, cardiothoracic anesthesiology, pediatric anesthesiology, neuro anaesthesia, obstetrical anesthesiology and pain management. After graduation, the students can work in the anaesthesia department of different hospitals, clinics or teach in medical colleges or universities.
