M.ch (Master of Chirurgiae) in pediatric surgery is an advanced postgraduate program done by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bengaluru. Pediatric surgery is an advanced stream of study in medical science that contributes to the surgery of fetuses, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences possess a curriculum that contains the topics Applied pediatrics, growth and development, genetics of surgery, pediatric operative surgery, a trauma in children and burns, common pediatric conditions and their treatment, pathology of surgical conditions, neonatal surgery, etiology,and congenital deformations, fetal anatomy and physiology, general pathology and pharmacokinetics After the completion of this program, the doctors can lead job roles in different positions namely pediatric intensivist, pediatrician, senior resident, general physician, and general surgeon, etc.
